About Us

Our history goes back 14 years ago when our brother, Shiv decided to move to New York city and started working at a notable pizzeria as an intern where he first learned the fundamental of making authentic NY style pizza. After working several years and understanding the craft of pizza making, he opened his first pizza trailer “Amore” in Denver, CO which became a instant hit. He later moved back to the Bay area and opened “ISLICE” and also helped us open BLOOM. So, thank you Shiv for everything.

Bloom is a collective effort and inspiration from New York legendary pizzerias such as Di Fara, Lombardi’s, Lucali’s, Best Pizza, Una, Rubirosa and many more but most importantly my brother, my homie, my mentor, my everything, SHIV who inspired me, motivated me and taught me how to make my first pizza was a life time experience which i will never forget. Thank you for everything brother. We love you, and we miss you, man!

HANDPICKED PRODUCE FROM THE FARMER’S MARKET

Every sunday, we go to Oakland Farmer’s market and handpicked the fresh produce. They have a huge selections of fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy and also EV olive oil. We’re currently experimenting fresh fruit tart and if you are lucky, you might get to sample it.
